Being obese and overweighed both are different things. Being an overweight mean put some extra weight in your body. On the other hand, Obesity has been defined as a complex disease of appetite regulation and energy metabolism. It is true because how much and what type of food you eat and how much of it is metabolized and processed by the body decides the ultimate weight of your body. Irrespective of the genetic make-up of the body, obesity is generally caused by people’s negligent eating behavior and lack of physical activity.
